All fireplace orders are bespoke. Our average lead time for production is 15 working days.

All fireplace orders are bespoke productions. They are not "off the  shelf". Naturally any damages or faults in the fireplace will be rectified within 15 working days from notification, either by manufacturers visit or replacement. We cannot accept returns of bespoke products due to "change of mind, ordered incorrectly, wanted to see what it was like etc ". Please ensure before placing your order that the bespoke product is to your requirements BEFORE placing an order.
