The following is an example (names changed to protect confidentiality) Dr and Mrs Smith request a complete bathroom makeover.

This involves the following trades:

• Plumber - naturally ourselves
• Joiner
• Plasterer
• Electrician
• Tiler

Naturally, a bathroom cannot accommodate all these trades at once, and obviously, for each trade to complete their segment of works, other trades must complete in time to allow access.

Dr and Mrs Smith arranged to go on holiday for a two week period, leaving ourselves in charge of their property. We had site visits from their daughter at approximately three day intervals whom then reported status to her parents.

The contract was completed, as planned, on the Friday before they returned on the Sunday. We also naturally arranged to have all working areas cleaned and for flowers to be left for them on their return.

We did have one complaint. We had cleaned their white kitchen sink, apparently to a better standard than Dr Smith could!

This is just a minor job realistically. From the installation of solid fuel stoves with inglenook fireplaces and all the work they contain through to whole hose renovations, we have the knowledge ability and skills to completely project manage to your requirements.
