Phil ..... just a quick note following the installation of
the Parkray Stove (Parkray Slimeline 5).Its early days yet to make an objective view of the stove, but first impressions are all positive, cosmetically it looks good, it certainly throws out some heat and importantly its easy to light and control, all of which are good. However, that is not the point of this email. The reason I write is to praise both Paul and Zac for the manner in which the installation was carried out. You are no doubt aware that the installation was not without snags, and whilst at times I was quite concerned, they were both completely unfazed, and always seemed to have a solution or a fallback plan. They grafted all day to get a result, and they were very easy to talk to [though Zac's singing/humming could do with working on]. They are a credit to your company, and I hope you will pass on my appreciation. Thanks |

you for all your advice and support. We have the fire and heating
system we wanted, and it is incredible.
The Yorkshire boiler is wonderful, it heats everything, including
tonight’s casserole, never had so much coffee, cannot wait for
Christmas and mulled wine. The gas boiler has proved very effective
and has ensured the house and water is warm even if the Yorkshire is
not lit. The whole system works perfectly, the linkage and control
systems have been set up so the radiators and water are always
warmed by the most efficient method.
Your builders and fitters were amazing and solved problems as they
discovered them. I can honestly say that our home has been vastly
improved. For the first time since the house was built we have
supporting lintels and the end wall is now tied together, rather
nice to have bricks instead of strip of plasterboard and 4 nails. We
are not missing the old back boiler or the noises.
Thank you again, it was great to meet a thoroughly professional and
experienced team who have delivered far more than we had hoped for.
We would certainly recommend your company to anyone (and the tin
mice).
How else can we put this - we love our fire!! We just wanted to say thank you for all the help and suggestions. As you promised, the fitters went out of their way to ensure we weren't disrupted and cleaned after themselves every day. It's nice to find a local company where the workforce are so obviously passionate and proud about their work. We'll definitely be recommending you to friends and family. I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the beautiful fireplace your Company has installed. Your advise on what we could and couldn't do was invaluable, and the end result is proof of that. The men who made the installation took great care not to cause chaos and disruption! Without exception, everyone who has visited our home, has commented on, how lovely the new fireplace looks. It has somehow made the room seem bigger and brighter. I would have no hesitation in recommending your Company, or using you myself in the future.
